Et pour le garage une fois la télécommande n a pas marché mais ensuite on a résolu , dans le garage indiquer également OU sortir car on c est retrouver dans la sortie de secours … pas top n ayant pas d indications précises ."

"The location was amazing. It’s my favourite thing about the property. We were very close to the old town and the Promenade but at the same time far enough from all the noise. Other than that the staff is very helpful, the apartment and keys were easy to find, it was clean and it was very well equipped."

"The water temperature in the shower was very difficult to set, it was either boiling or cold. Also there was a strong smell of humidity/mold in the building stairs (not in the apartment itself)."

"Great facilities, kitchen really kitted out with anything you could need. Big and spacious, which to be honest we didn’t expect and so was a nice surprise. Location was good, and not a bad thing (you should know before you get there!) but most days do end up with a 20-30minute walk home if you’re spending time in the old town! But Rue de France, the road the property is on, has loads of places to eat and drink less than 10 minutes away Great value for money, would definitely stay again and can see myself going back to Nice for sure!"

"A lot of building work going on, the floor below seems like it is a restaurant/takeaway going through some renovation. There was building work going on a really antisocial hours, sometimes after midnight too and so at times we were kept awake. Imagine it’s a short term thing but was a big shame."

"Excellent location. It felt more like an Airbnb/someone’s home rather than a hotel on booking.com. The place if fully equipped with all you need (you’ve to buy your own toilet tissues and washing machine liquid) but other than that it’s perfect. Nicely decorated and looks like the pictures!!"

"We were not given a code to the ‘key box’ and didn’t realise it was at a different location entirely. I wish the communication was better… they don’t respond to calls and respond to messages really late. It can be noisy at night but the location is quite central so it’s to be expected."
